Half Day Packages - $375

Full Day Package - $700

  • Up to 10 hours rental time (after setup)

  • Delivery, setup, and teardown included (within 10 miles of Havertown, PA)

  • Choice of available wall (White Rose or Pink Rose + Baby’s Breath)

  • Best for weddings, receptions, and all-day events

Extra Fees (if needed)

Late pickup (after 9 PM): +$75 flat feeTravel fee: $2 per mile beyond 10 miles of Havertown, PASpecial mounting (windy setups): +$75

Eldon Bloom Policies

Booking & Payment
-A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve your date.
-The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
-The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event, or in cash at setup.
-A $100 refundable security deposit is also required for damages.
-All deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.
-Cancellations made within 7 days of the event require full payment.Setup & Teardown
-We require at least 3 hours of access before your event start time.
-Setup takes 1–2 hours and is included in your booking.
-Rental time begins after setup is complete.
-Walls may not be moved by anyone other than Eldon Bloom staff. If moved, the deposit will be forfeited.
-Teardown begins promptly at the end of your rental time.Delivery
-Delivery, setup, and teardown are included within 10 miles of Havertown, PA.
-Travel beyond this area is billed at $2 per mile.
-Client must ensure the setup area is clear, safe, and accessible for delivery.Late Pickup & Outdoor Mounting
-Pickup after 9 PM requires a $100 late pickup fee.
-Outdoor or windy setups requiring additional safety measures require a $100 special mounting fee.
-Outdoor rentals are at the client’s risk. If weather makes setup unsafe, Eldon Bloom may cancel or relocate without refund.Client Responsibilities
-Client must secure all venue approvals, permits, and access for delivery and setup.
-Client is responsible for any damage, stains, burns, theft, or vandalism during the rental.
-Eldon Bloom is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur near or involving the flower wall.
