Extra Fees (if needed)

Travel beyond 10 miles from Havertown, PA: $2.00 per mile
Pickup after 9:00 PM: $100 flat late-pickup fee
Outdoor or high-wind anchoring and safety setup: $100 flat fee
Pennsylvania sales tax will be added where required by law.

Eldon Bloom Policies

Reservations
A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit are required to reserve your event date.Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 2 days before your event.Security Deposit
A $100 refundable security deposit is required for every rental. It will be refunded after pickup, provided the equipment is returned in its original condition.Delivery
Delivery, setup, and teardown are included within 10 miles of Havertown, PA. Additional travel is $2 per mile beyond the included service area.Rental Time
Your rental period begins once setup is complete and ends at the scheduled pickup time.Equipment Care
Please do not climb on, lean against, move, or attach decorations to the flower wall unless approved by Eldon Bloom. Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.Outdoor Events
Outdoor setups are welcome on flat, stable surfaces. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may relocate the display indoors or adjust setup for safety.Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for a refund, less any non-recoverable expenses.
